In the start menu, search for notepad, then right click the notepad application and select "run as administrator".
Next, use the file browser to navigate to the hosts file, which can be found at c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Right click the hosts file and select open with notepad.
You can now edit the hosts file and save your settings.
